Dear community.

I downloaded the R code from cibersort website for academic research.

Using our lab's data, 10nz and LM22, we tried analysis.

However, the following error occurs:

results <- CIBERSORT("D:/cs/LM22.txt", "D:/cs/s10zn.txt", perm=100, QN=TRUE)

Error in apply(features, 2, function(x) x/mean(x) * mean(response)) : dim(X) must have a positive length

How can I fix this error?
