How to convert kegg orthology to higher classification?
Does anyone know of a convenient key for relating a kegg orthology ID (for example, K09377) to a much broader grouping (for example, "Transcription factors") for purposes of summarizing major metabolic trends?
It would be a simple list:
KO BRITE
K09377 Transcription factors
K02991 Ribosome
and so on.
