Dear all I'm trying to develop a genetic disease database. I want to integrate a thesaurus of symptoms in order to integrate a search by symptoms option. I tried to download the clinical synopsis section of OMIM in vain. Orphanet used to make such thesaurus accessible in the past but I couldn't find it in the recent version of the portal. Have you an idea where I could find a thesaurus of genetic disease symptoms ? Thank you in advance
