Request for the process about install 'fastANI' on MacOS
When I use the below scripts to install the software 'fastANI' on my MacBook, there were a series of problems. I am not so good at the bioinformatics, and I want to know how to install this software on the MacOS. THX
conda install --channel https://conda.anaconda.org/bioconda fastani
