Find the copy number of marker genes and the number of them that results in drug resistance?

Hi,

I want to find a copy number for different gene marker and also investigate if I have certain number of them, will it results in resistance to a drug? For example, 23S rRNA has four copy number in gonorrhea and if A2059G mutation occurs in 3 or all 4 of the gene allele then there is high resistance to azithromycin.

Is there a way that I can download/compute this kind of information?
