Selecting a group of cells expressing a list of genes
I am currently working on Drosophila brain cell sc -rna sequencing analysis .I have clustered the cells together and identified all markers in each of the cluster.I want to particularly pick the Neural progenitor cells by checking for expression of certain genes.What code can be used for this purpose?
