how to apply DE-kupl in my data for differential expression ?
my professor wants me to make classical differential expression in my data and also differential expression by using DE-kupl . I read paper talking about workflow of DE-kupl but i dont know how to get command lines related to it to use it in terminal so can anyone help me to know what i should do ?
