Hello, I'm doing a study to compare 3 groups with different n. I was wondering if anyone could guide me to find the best way to get P-value between these groups using excel

You can use an ANOVA to find if there are statistically significant differences between 3+ groups but p values are between 2 groups. See the link for a student's T test in excel

I agree with Scott, just use ANOVA to find the difference within groups. After that, you can use post hoc test (such as Tukey test) to find the significant value on your dataset. Try to watch this link to understand post hoc test.
