Differential expression to compare genes between brain regions (Allen Mouse Brain Atlas)
Hello! I wish to compare the regional expression of genes in order to see if my mouse brain slices' differential expression is heavily affected by the brain region.
I'm wondering if I can directly compare genes with the log2 expression value of the in-situ hybridization (ISH) experiments.
Just to rephrase: Are these values that are generated from many different experiments of ISH comparable across genes?
