lncrna positive control gtex
1) how should i interpret the SAM flag values? how do i decide what to include and exclude? 2) looking for lncrna expression, but want to make sure that there was no processing issue so i'm wondering if there is a positive control (lncrna) that will be expressed in the gtex rna seq data?
