High values of Chao1 index
It´s possible to have a values of Chao1 index between 41,000 - 51,000 in a 16s ARNr NGS V4 region sample?
I´m estimating microbiome abundance with mothour sofware but I haven´t seen those Chao1 values in other related papers.
I would appreciate some help
Thanks!
