Comparing distribution of microarray data to that of RNA-seq data
Hi!
I came across this post:
Comparing microarray to RNA-seq data
hosted on biostar. I wondered whether there exists any normalization scheme for RNA-seq data that makes the "distribution" of data comparable to that (supposed to be the usual distribution) of micro-arrays?
