How to create partition file from concatenated phylip sequence?
Dear All I have been trying to create partition file from concatenated phylip sequence with 21 taxa. Is there a way to do it? Any pipeline or script which can create the partition file. Any help will be much appreciated!

There is a perl script here that will concatenate a group of alignments and print partition information at the end.
