Do I need to include the "ins:me:alu" line for my MR analysis
Hi,
I'm doing MR analysis and have lots of "ins:me:alu" in my summary stats. I don't know whether I need to keep these in my downstream analysis or not?
SNP Allele1 Allele2 Effect StdErr P
11:42663982 ins:me:alu t 0.0232 0.0351 0.5101
Any help would be appreciated
