panelcn.mops package to build up control.bam file
Hi everyone, I try to use panelcn.mops as CNV tools, but I met a bug that I couldn't cross. Here is the error message what I met.
Processing 110_JB21.bam ... 1 / 1
No index file (.bai) found for BAM file110_JB21.bam. RCs cannot be calculated
Unfortunately, I tried to rebuild the index bai file with samtools. But the error message still exists ( I put the bam file and bai file to IGV, and it's work). Could anyone give me any advice to fix it.
