Hi, I have a list of Mature and Precursor miRNAs and would like to classify them into families. I tried using targetscan but do not think it is comprehensive as i still have a lot of miRNAs that are not in a family when RFAM says they should be. Are there any other tools that can classify miRNAs into their family?

I am looking at miR-17~92. Is that the same as miR-17-5p/20-5p/93-5p/106-5p/519-3p? Thank you!
