plink vs MBMDR results :
Hi guys, Anyone want to weigh in on this? Used the same 85K SNP data set for each program, ran both in the orthodox way.
None of the SNP's match (which I expected) and the p-value for plink are very very low, along with a pretty similar x2.
Anyone with more experience than me have similar problems?
