Pedigree file for 1k genome , build 38
I am trying to produce pca biplots in R using my data that is in build 38 and merging it with1000G data in build 38 obtained from link the below:

I am using the below tutorial on biostar to achieve the above:
Produce PCA bi-plot for 1000 Genomes Phase III - Version 2
Can anyone guide me where can I find the pedigree file for 1000G in build 38?

Many ped files are there.
Thank you. The link for the same file is available with the tutorial I mentioned above. I had a confusion because while making bi-plots using the merged data (reference + my data), I did not have any matching individual id between this pedigree file and the eigenvec file.
