How to run coverage2cytosine

Hi Biostars!

Is it possible to run the coverage2cytosine module from Bismark on coverage-output from the Bismark Methylation Extractor or do I have to run the whole program from the beginning with the extra options added for generating a genome-wide cytosine report?
