topGO : compare 2 distinct groups
Hi !
I have 2 sets of separate genes that have GOterms and that I want to compare using topGO. My problem is that topGO seams only able to compare a set of genes to a "universe" it is included in. Do you know how to compare 2 or more groups with topGO ?

What exactly you want to compare among them?
Oh, I actually want to see if a set of metagenomic viruses have the same type of goterms essociated to their genes than a set of isolated viruses
