Where to find hepatitis virus infectious status information available in TCGA or ICGC database when study HCC?
A number of articles have illustrated that they obtained the HBV or HCV-related HCC samples from ICGC. Yet, I tried to do the same. For instance, I downloaded and checked almost all the data from the project ICGC-LIRI-JP, but I still didn't see the information that I need. So, where exactly the information is hidden in these two databases?
