R package for AMOVA of mitochondrial haplotype frequencies
Hi all! I'm trying to compute AMOVA on mitochondrial haplotype frequency data but I couldn't find an R package to perform the test this way. I have tried poppr package but it performs AMOVA on genotype data. I need to perform the test on haplogroup/haplotype frequencies. Any suggestion would be great! Thanks in advance!
