Looking for a user-friendly comparative genomics program

Hi,

I'm currently using BRIG for visual comparison of genome sequences but I keep on having problems with it. Errors and such. Plus, there aren't that many comprehensive tutorials on the internet. Anybody got a program in mind? Leaning on to the beginner-friendly side. I'll be needing it for a comparative genomics research; comparing complete bacterial genome sequences.
