Multiple Entity Id for same file in GDC
Hello everyone, I'm trying to find out the correspondence between some files downloaded from GDC and the sample type. In some cases, there are more entity id and type of sample for the same file. I don't understand which one to consider as the actual type.
This is an example: https://portal.gdc.cancer.gov/files/00129da6-6243-4664-b739-19b20f636bef
In this file, there are two entity ids and one is primary tumour and the other one Blood Derived Normal, but the file is only one. Which is the correct sample id?

Since you are talking about a file generated from a tumor-normal paired analysis. So it's expected you will find information about both tumor and normal aliquot in sample sheet.
