Could anyone please tell me what the meaning of lamda value and lambda tree is during CAFE analysis and what it signifies when calculated in single or multiple for different organisms in a phylogenetic tree? Also, is there any particular way one should construct the lamda tree for example in the group of organisms with the following phylogenetic tree?
