NAs in p-value result of GWAS association analysis

Hi,

I recently ran a GWAS association analysis using the R package 'statgenGWAS' (link:https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/statgenGWAS/vignettes/GWAS.html).

However, the p-value I got contains NA values and I was wondering what happened. Is that normal? Or is there something I missed?

Thanks in advance!
