how to genrate fcgene pedinfo file

Dear all,

I am trying to convert .impute2 file to plink files,and fcgene seems can do this. But it need .pedinfo file. Do you guys know how to generate this file from impute2 or make by self? I didn't find it anywhere.

I have solved pedinfo, whcih can be made by *sample file.

But another question is, fcGENE doesn't accept my *imputed.info file, how to solve this. I am quite sure that I made the exactlly same header as it needs.
