We are looking for highly motivated research assistants (B.S. or M.S. degree), or post-doctoral fellows (Ph.D. degree) with interests and backgrounds in human genetics and genomics, computational biology, bioinformatics, or other quantitative sciences, to join our young team!

Our group works on statistical and computational methods development in human genomics and stem cell biology to understand complex neurological diseases (Alzheimer's Disease, autism).

The ideal candidate(s) will have experience in, or have the background and drive to become proficient in:

  • next-gen DNA sequence analyses (e.g. alignment, SNP/CNV variant calling)
  • RNA sequence analyses (bulk or single-cell RNA sequencing)
  • other omics analyses

Proficiency in programming (Python/Perl, R, C/C++) is necessary.
