Corona virus clinical and transcriptome data base
Hi there. I'm interested in starting a project to study the gene expression of Corona virus patients and it's relationship with Long cancer. to start my study, first I need a data base that provides Clinical data of corona patients and their medical history (Especially a history of getting lung cancer). After that, the second thing I need is also a data base that provides transcriptome data of corona patients. any idea about this? do you know any database that provides these objects? thanks

Good luck with that, as it is human data there is something called "patient privacy", it will be hard to get public data
Transcritptome of what? SARS-CoV-2? lung? maybe you can find something in NCBI/SRA
hello and thank you so much. I mean patient's lung or peripheral blood. and about privacy I know, but I mean datasets without name and identification information (something like GEO or TCGA datasets).
