Hi all, So we developed a pipeline in our group (bash), that we want to share with some collaborators. It requires many dependencies and other scripts that may be hard to install. We want to ease as much as possible the process of installing and using this pipeline in other Linux systems. I'm asking about advice on which would be the best way of doing this. Building a conda environment and sharing the yml file would be nice, but unfortunately not all the require software is on anaconda. I've heard about docker, but I wanted to confirm previously that it would be a good approach to doing this. Any advice or if any can point to the right documentation would be appreciated. Thanks for the help
