SNP analysis on abi file
Hi,
I searched a lot but didn't find anythings.
I have to do a lot of SNP analusis on the same reference sequence. More specific, I have a lot of .abi file to compare with a reference, to find if is present or not a single SNP (always the same). Are there any pipeline or software to do this?
