What type of data should I search for to do a GWAS
My background is in computer science and i'm trying to do some research about GWAS using Machine Learning/Deep Learning. I read some journals/article about GWAS and tried to do something with it. Than I got stuck with the data. I wanted to find some open source data to do research but only one I found was UK Biobank which is very expensive. I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.
