What type of statistical study can I can conduct based on data obtained
I will be using r to conduct statistics on my data. I want to see how drinking water helps with weight loss and I have 2 possible confounders. I was thinking of doing a cluster analysis

Hi, I would use regression analysis, which would permit that you adjust / control for the confounders.
It is not clear why [or how] you are going to conduct cluster analysis.
Your question is severely lacking in details.
