TargetScan query with "3prime pairing", "context+ score" with R
Hello All
I was wondering if there was any package in R which allows a detailed query from TargetScan. I tried targetscan.Hs.egTARGETSFULL from targetscan.Hs.eg but it did not give me what I want. Another option is to download the data from TargetScan but reading data to R is slow.
