Where can I find the ggKbase wrapper scripts?
Hello everyone,
I've been trying to follow the ggKbase data preparation procedures from this webpage, however it seems that some scripts used in there were missing (e.g. the 16s.sh script), and I could not find them on the web. Could anyone suggest where I can find them, or am I simply looking at an outdated page? Thank you!
