Does PRIDE have peptides from nr, RefSeq, or ensembl lnRNAs?

Does anybody know if PRIDE (PRoteomics IDEntifications database) has nr, or ref seq peptides or peptides which are long coding RNAs in Ensembl? And if so, how can I find it? If not, which peptide platforms are like this ? Thank you.
