While running the program "SortmeRNA" I am facing the following error for a few of my samples:

ERROR: lookup index: 98528 is larger than lookup_tbl.size: 2048 Index: 0 Part: 0 Read.id: _30 Read.is03: 1 Read.is04: 0 Aborting..

I don't know why this is happening. If you could help me it would be appreciated.
