Using SAIGE for GWAS without including covariates
Anyone who has worked with SAIGE to discover significant SNPs in GWAS studies know if it's possible to run it without covariates?
I have tried two ways; not specifying any covariates, or just adding a "dummy" covariate column of all ones, but I get an error each time (both times obviously it doesn't come up with a coefficient, which seems to be what doesn't allow the model to run).
