Which Would Be The Fastq Quality Eschema After Srf To Fastq Conversion.

Is the staden io_library program srf2fastq keeping the format of the qualities from the SRF file or it will create sanger FASTQ?

The words "Sanger fastq conversion" (and common sense) dictates that the quality would also be converted to Sanger format.
