I can count the no. of residues in each chain of a structure from "pisa" but I am looking to count the number of polar/non polar residues as well.Does anybody have a clue of any good program or website where I could also calculate or analyze the planarity,eccentricity of the crystal structure. I have the coordinate file. Any suggestion would be much help.
