Redundant Group Of Proteins.

Hello,

I need of help in a problem of redundancy: I have a group of orthologs protein of 24 organisms, with a amount proteins variable between organisms (432 - 458). I must have the same proteins for each organism. What you suggest to do this?

I would try to find the minimum amount of common proteins between the 24 organisms.

This isn't really an answer in present form. Could you please expand with suggested workflows/tools, else this is really more of a comment.
