Negative And >1 Results On Frappe (Tang Lab)

Hi, my frappe outputs shows some negative and >1 results as 3.73976000 / -2.73976000 / 0.00 for an ancestry estimation on a tri-hibrid population, but I was expecting values between 0 and 1 like 0.95914400 / 0.00000003 / 0.04085650. I've read the documentation files but couldn't find where can I be mistaken. Do you have any suggestions?
