Breast Cancer Genes Symbol Convert Into Fasta Sequence
hello can anyone suggest me a good link where I can download fasta sequence for specific gene symbols? For example omim gene.
On my interface I have to select a gene symbol and click on download sequence button which is saved in my databases.
I want a link where I can find breast cancer fasta sequence.

Yes, I am not clear exactly what you mean. Do you mean by HGNC ID, ie BRCA2, or are you looking for full fasta sequences for specific sequence variants in those genes?
Probably the simplest solution would be link to DNA sequence directly from the OMIM database.
