Rnaseq-Transcriptome Annotation
I am having a not so good Reference genome but i do have a very good quality of transcriptome data with me. I am interested in generating a structural annotation file for the Reference genome based upon the transcriptome i posses. what tools do i need to utilize? I am exploring the option of PASA can anybody guide me for the same?
