Ensembl Ftp Ncrna Files
I wanted to see if I could get a confirmation on the naming scheme for ncRNA fasta files on ENSEMBL. With cDNA and peptide sequences, there are the .all. and .abinitio. files, however with ncRNA the seems to be only one file type .ncrna.. Can I assume this?

For coding sequences there are two files, "all" for known sequences (with evidence) and the "abinitio" which contains gene predictions. Because coding gene prediction is more established than non-coding and we are just learning about those, there are not predictions for "ncrna".
