Hello! I have an already prepared hhm_db. I don't know if it is a concatenate or something different. By the way, is it possible to determine it somehow? I tried to open it and it looked resistant to my attempts.

I also have some MSA. How will it be possible to divide the database *.hhm_db into separate *.hhm-files? I would like to run the search procedure according to the statement in the HHSuite manual. hhsearch -i file.a3m -d scop70_1.71.hhm using prepared hhm-files.

Or it is not a good idea and I have to substutute hhsearch with hhblits? How is it possible to transform the hhm_db to any suitable format for this kind of search with hhblits?
