Hi all,

I ordered SureSelectXT1 panel (Tier1; target region 0Kb~499Kb available) to Agilent for target enrichment of my interested genomic region (about 40 Kb). However I heard my targed region is too small to enrich using SureSelectXT1 Tier1 panel and it can be dropped the on-target rate. Is it true? I couldn't find any warning or recommendation about the practical minimum targeted region size on the Agilent's homepage and Google.

Any experiences would be helpful.
