Help To Identifying Taxa That Are Pathogenic In Megan
How do you get a list of taxa in MEGAN that are under the heading Pathogenic in:X on the microbial attributes window
In Microbial Attributes MEGAN says there are 7 taxa pathogenic in humans, but I cant get the list of the 7 taxa. Using window > Inspector window it should give a list of all the microbial attributes and the taxa associated with the given attribute, but it doesn't give any information other then the name of the series (SRR934.... .rma).
I have tried opening the inspector window from the main window with and with out nodes selected and have no different results.
