I am looking for a Post-doc to work on multiple sequence alignment methods. It is a 3 year position funded by Science Foundation Ireland and starts as soon as possible. I am looking for someone with a background in algorithms or protein sequence analysis who has good applied computing skills. It could suit someone with either a biological or computational/mathematical background.

Please apply to http://www.ucd.ie/hr/jobvacancies/ quoting vacancy reference number 006108 and the closing date is Sept 19 2013.

I am happy for you to contact me for further information.
