Hello All,

I'm trying to run the Exonerate(Cygwin version) in the server mode in a Windows 7 machine. I wish to run a protein2genome search and bulit the .esd and *.esi files. However when I try to start the server using the command " exonerate-server my_genome.trans.esi" it exits with the following error message: "GLib-ERROR *: /usr/src/ports/glib2.0/glib2.0-2.34.3-1/src/glib-2.34.3/glib/gmem.c:165: failed to allocate 2442893506 bytes". The machine has 16GB RAM.

Any suggestions how to solve this problem
